
As we begin 2025, so do the resolutions we have set for it. To stay on track and make our wishes come true, it’s all about planning, focus and consistent effort (and maybe a bit of luck, because why not)?
Key objectives for us this year include health post our kiddies being a bit older now (did someone say sleep? Ha ha ha..), solo time to reconnect with who we are and want to be as new seasons unfold, working on passion projects and saving for a big fam. trip (maybe some home maintenance projects as well lol), all the while continuing to be present with our loved ones, to soak up all the fun!
There may be hurdles along the way but with good prep. (both physical and mental), constant reminders (if you see it, you remember it type of vibes) and resilience (employing habit stacking* if needed), we’ll navigate to where we want to be. Surely (!)

*Habit stacking - attaching a habit you’re trying to create to one you do automatically already e.g. Sleeping early could be attached to sleeping when the kids go to bed, if that’s before or the desired sleep time you’re after. Yes.. need to do more of this. Habit stacking :p.
