Think how you feel about the areas of life, see which need focus. Set goals, starting with areas which need focus most and visualise them. Check-in to see how you are going, reflect on your goals.
Here's goal setting using Pause:
- Goal sheet, steps 1-4 - use to think about how you feel about the 10 areas listed, from family to fun. Add any others in your life i.e. Other activities or habits.
- Prioritise and set goals, steps 5-7 - now it's time to set some goals! Need help? Start by identifying why and what you will do to fix this. If you're happy about something, note what you love and will do to make this even better! Very happy? Express what you're grateful for and what you will continue doing.
- Vision board, step 8 - use this to imagine your goals coming to life - fancy writing, cool drawings, anything creative to make your vision come true!
- Check-in, step 9 - see if you are on track with a quick goal check-in.
- Reflections, step 10 - re-visit your goals and write about them. What will next steps be?
When you write about what you want, your needs, wishes and goals, you help make them come true. This is called manifesting - like planing a seed and helping it grow! You can look back at your goals anytime you need a reminder or want to set a new direction.
