Can you think of a time you’ve written down all the things you want / have to do but have no idea where to start?
The Pomodoro technique is something we’ve used to break work into short and timed intervals with the aim to boost focus and in turn, happily complete a to do! Has it worked well? Yes! When we really use it right, there has been a world of difference. It comes in handy especially to ensure work and home duties don't spill over into family and any leisure time left ;).
This way and through the various other methods that may be out there, the things you sometimes may not want to be doing, can get done effectively, so you can continue enjoying as you want to, not have to.
